And then build the medical centre and now you can forget about education, healthcare, or pollution. Next you want to build the Fusion Power Plant which is the only power plant you will ever need. Then you want to build the Hadron Collider, which deals with education. Start with the Eden Project, that eliminates Pollution and the need to raise land value for parks. Now that you have everything unlocked mod, the first thing you want to build is every single monument.

While I honestly don't recommend starting out with everything as you will get confused by the mechanics and you're gonna end up with complaints for everything and traffic stuff (The game is not even hard btw once you know the basics), here's a few things you should know I suppose to make it super easy.

If you know any mods that could help me, please let me know. I really wished Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive added a actual sandbox mode in this game where you're allowed to build a city of your vision without any restrictions and limitations. I have searched the entire workshop and the internet for mods that could turn the entire game into a sandbox for me. All I want is to build a city freely without any restrictions that limits my creative freedom. It makes the whole situation stressful and less fun. or building multiple garbage disposals to clean out the trash of the city, then you have pollution to worry about or else the citizens will be unhappy and abandon their homes.

Even enabling the Unlimited Money and Unlock Everything mods doesn't help much, you still have to rely on other things such as finding oil and lumber, etc. Not to play mayor or politics and definitely not to manage it. The only reason why I purchased this game is to creatively build a city.
